Nordic Walking is a walking technique that doesn’t only exercise your legs, but also your upper body through the use of poles. Developed from the summer training used by Finnish cross country skiers in the 1930s, this technique provides a highly effective full body workout. Nordic Walking can be enjoyed by everyone and at many levels: at low, medium or high intensity. It’s a great way to boost your physical and mental well being.
